Goal Setting Call

During our initial goal setting call we will discuss your big goals for the year. This is the time to dream big! When you wake up on this day in a year, where do you see yourself and what do you want to have accomplished?

We help narrow down your list to one to three specific, measurable and achievable goals to focus on.

We then discuss your time, resources and success measures, and come up with a maximum of three actionable habits you will complete every day to progress your goals.

Why three habits and why daily? Most behavior change studies suggest that 2-3 habits is the most you can focus on changing at once. Small incremental change adds up to big results!

Daily Accountability Check ins.

You and your coaches have a private accountability text thread. Each morning we send you a text reminder of your commitments and a productivity tip. You text back proof that you completed your tasks. The following morning your coach reviews your progress and offers suggestions of how to stay on track or address any issues you're facing.

At the beginning of each new month we have a 20 min check in to adjust your habits and move you closer towards your goal.
